Belajar Dari Warung “Mbah Mo”

Kalo anda pernah ke jogja dan penggemar mi rebus jawa
khas jogja pasti akan mampir ke kedainya mbah mo yang
lokasinya tentu belum beraspal di dusun code kabupaten
Bantul 18 KM dari Jogjakarta.
Ia membuka warungnya dari jam 5 sore sampai dengan 10 malam.
Hampir 90% pengunjungnya datang dari jogjakarta, Magelang,
Solo bahkan Jakarta..
Saya heran kenapa kok orang-orang tersebut tahu bahwa ada
mi godhok (rebus) yang super enak yang lokasinya jauh sekali
di tengah dusun.
Ternyata mereka tahu dari mulut ke mulut alias word by mouth.
Bisnis mbah Mo dimulai tahun 1986 yang mendapat mentoring
dari kakak iparnya yang juga berjualan mi rebus jawa di jogjakarta.
Seperti kata Stephen R. Covey, “Kalau anda memberi ikan pada
seseorang berarti anda memberi makan sehari. Kalau anda memberi
pancing pada seseorang berarti memberi dia makan seumur hidup.”
Hal itulah yang sudah diterapkan kakak iparnya kepada mbah Mo.
Setelah kita ikuti perjalanan warung Mbah Mo, Kita bisa menarik
kesimpulan bahwa,
Kunci sukses warung mbah Mo yang dahsyat, dikarenakan:
- Dia memiliki kelebihan dibandingkan produk sejenis yang lain
- Atmosfir dusun yang “ngangeni”
- Dia belajar resep mi godhok kepada orang yang tepat
- Customer oriented alias selalu mendengar masukan
- Unik baik dari suasana dan pelayanannya.
Sobat, kunci sukses warung mbah mo bisa kita terapkan pada
bisnis kita apapun jenisnya baik on-line business maupun
off-line business dengan improvisasi disesuaikan dengan Visi bisnis kita.

saya sudah pernah ke warung bahmo. Memang rasanya dahsyat. atmosfirnya khas suasana kampung tetapi yang datang bo, pake mobil semua dan datang dari luar kota.
